Returns Policy

Double check your order qualifies for a return by reading our returns policy below.


- All items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit

- Full priced items returned will be processed with FREE shipping for your next order

- Sale items can be returned, however they will not be eligible for free express shipping

- the customer covers the cost of returning items to My Petite Boutique 

- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags and buttons attached

- Please the clothes away from cigarettes or others food odours before returning

- Any items received by my petite boutique that are not in keeping with the above will be not refunded

- For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for exchange on earrings, underwear, swimwear, and accessories

- In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will refund, replace or repair faulty items

- If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email: with your order detail and a photo of the fault, a photo of the tag of the incorrect item and we will sort this out for you as soon as we can!



- If you have placed an order outside of Australia, please contact us at: to organise together a return.

We recommend using a trackable post method as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit.


Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 days*
and send you an email to let you know when the credit has been applied & walk you through how to use it.

*Please allow us a couple of extra days during sale/peak periods.
